About Me

I am located at the Millside Fitness Center in Dexter, Maine.  My clients are not limited to gym members.

Providing relaxation and rejuvenation for the mind, body, and spirit with Swedish, Deep Tissue and Myofascial release techniques.

I recently graduated from the Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center in Brewer, Maine.  

I have been involved with medicine for over twenty years, massage therapy is a natural progression for where I want to take my career.
